Leo was very thorough, trustworthy, data-driven and prompt throughout my first home buying process. When I was starting my search, I interviewed six highly ranked real estates agents before deciding to work with Leo. When I mentioned that I was interested in both resale and new construction, most real estate agents have described new construction purchase process as more of handing buyers off to the builder. Leo was only one who said he takes care of his clients to the end regardless of purchase type. And he did indeed deliver on that promise. In terms of technical qualification, Leo was only one out of six who had experience in buying/selling both existing home and new construction. Positive things from my experience: Puts client's best interest first, data driven, friendly and patient, prompt, he understood how new construction sales process worked inside out and leveraged his experience to my advantage.
